To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 14 days (we must be notified of return and have received within the first 14 days from confirmed delivery of the item to the customer). The goods must be in their original condition (unworn with all labels attached). Please note Sale Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We cannot refund shipping or delivery costs.
We do not offer a free returns service at this time but all items must be returned via recorded delivery. Please keep your returns postage receipt as reference. We cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
We aim to process returns within 7 working days and will always refund to the original payment method. As soon as your refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email to notify you. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account as this is processed by your bank and/or payment provider.
For international returns, Muse & Moda are not responsible for paying customs duties/taxes upon return, as this must be paid by the customer. Any charges that haven't been paid will be deducted from the overall returned amount.
