Why are some items listed as pre-order?

A pre-order is an item which can be purchased online but is not yet manufactured. We operate under a pre-order model to ensure we can design more exclusive and unique pieces in a sustainable manner. All our items are carefully and intricately hand made at the highest level and we cannot rush this process. Additionally, our pre-order model means that we do not waste material or create unnecessary work for our factory workers.

What are the delivery lead times for pre-order items?

The manufacturing lead times for pre-order items will vary depending on each item, but this will be clearly stated online in our description boxes prior to purchase. Please ensure you check the item description on each product page for your delivery timescale.

Please note that the manufacturing and delivery process does not include weekends or bank holidays as we operate on working days only. Please also note that our approximate time frames do not include our Quality and Verification checks which take between 1-2 working days prior to sending out any items.

Due to Covid-19, there are some delays which are currently beyond our control. Please note that if you have not received your order outside of your pre-order timescale, we will endeavour to contact each customer regarding the reason for any delays. For international Pre-Order deliveries, we cannot expedite the delivery process and there may be other reasons for a delay which are outside our control i.e. customs clearance.
